Raven Forge is the public-facing name under which James Daley publishes software, frameworks, research, documentation, and related creative works.

For the purposes of this notice, “Raven Forge,” “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to James Daley publishing under the Raven Forge name unless otherwise stated. Raven Forge is a personal brand and publication name, not an incorporated company.

Unless otherwise stated, all content, software, source code, object code, documentation, designs, graphics, logos, icons, text, data compilations, project names, systems, architecture, and related materials made available through this website or associated Raven Forge projects are owned by James Daley.

Commercial software, licensing, consulting, contracting, or publication activity conducted under the Raven Forge name is carried out by James Daley personally. If a formal legal entity is established in the future, this Legal page may be updated to reflect the applicable ownership, publication, licensing, and contracting structure.

Third-party platforms, including app stores, may impose their own seller-name, developer-name, privacy, support, refund, distribution, and licensing requirements.
