Sigil
Raven Forge’s first working demonstrator of applying the ASH Cosmology as deterministic software — canonical identity in; reproducible symbolic state, geometry, lore, and exportable artifacts out.
A proof of concept, not a consumer product — the app is the demonstrator; applied ASH as software infrastructure is the subject.
A cosmology, run as software you can reproduce
A single underlying model produces the codex, the geometry, and the lore at once. That is the technical proof: applied ASH Cosmology can become software infrastructure.
Applied ASH as software
ASH becomes a deterministic generation pipeline (wrw_personal_sigil_v3) running inside a Forsetti-hosted architecture, with capability-governed modules, reproducible artifacts, and a self-healing export health layer.
Executable symbolic state
The same ASH state drives Where Ravens Wait canon projection: a dominant plane, wolf balance, a celestial name, an epithet, and an origin narrative — all derived, never freeform.
Portable identity artifact
A profile collapses into a 9-bit ASH state with an explorable codeword orbit, plane resonance weights, and a deterministic 3D mesh — the shape of state a character system, tool, or API needs.
Implementation proof, organized as one thesis
ASH Cosmology is the subject; Raven Forge applies it; Sigil is the demonstrator; Forsetti is the application framework Sigil is built inside — not a peer, not a plugin, and not an external library Sigil merely imports.
ASH Cosmology
The applied model and primary subject — identity, pattern, plane, wolf balance, and celestial naming, operationalized as software.
Forsetti-hosted architecture
The host framework and architecture boundary the demonstrator runs inside — modular and capability-governed, not a monolith.
ASH Pattern System
Turns ASH into software: 9-bit GF(2) states, doubly-even codeword transitions, topology reports, and diagnostics.
Aeostara
The self-healing export and JSON health layer — validation, safe-only repair, audit chains, and safe-halt behavior.
Where Ravens Wait canon
The narrative canon projection that gives generated identity literary and game-world context (yggdrasil.snapshot.2026-02-11).
Sigil application
The demonstrator: applied ASH Cosmology working as deterministic software inside a native iOS proof vehicle.
Determinism is the load-bearing claim
Given the same profile and the same pinned engine snapshot, the pipeline produces byte-identical geometry, hashes, and codex output.

Eight evidence layers
Implementation evidence, not the main story — the source-verified proof that applied ASH Cosmology runs as software today.
Deterministic generation
A profile is canonicalized into reproducible state via the wrw_personal_sigil_v3 pipeline.
Grouped WRW topology
Canonical primitives stay independent instead of flattening into accidental scribble.
ASH/Kripke geometry
Axioms A1–A5 guard grammar choices that shape geometry before output.
Profile uniqueness
Different profiles produce distinct hashes, ASH states, orbit digests, meshes, and lore.
PersonalCodex export
The ASH/WRW identity exports as deterministic structured data (wrw_personal_codex_v3).
2D / 3D evidence
Sigil artifacts, mesh exports, geometry exports, and quality reports.
Forsetti modularity
Sigil’s systems are app-owned modules built inside the Forsetti Framework; only the private framework internals stay sealed.
Pattern System & Aeostara
Both implemented as app-owned, Forsetti-hosted systems with deterministic runtimes and tests.

Cosmology, made into software infrastructure
